SG Systems is a small digital solutions business in New Brunswick, Canada, serving small businesses remotely, operated by its Owner. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you request a quote: your name, email address, the type of project and service you're interested in, and a project description, plus anything you choose to add: your business name, your current website address and an estimated budget.
- When you visit: this website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. When a page loads, the services that deliver its files receive your IP address and basic browser information, as with any website.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request and to discuss, quote and deliver any work you ask us for. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Services that handle your information
- Formspree receives quote requests sent through our form and forwards them to our email. As with any web request, Formspree also receives your IP address.
- Google (Gmail) is our business email, where quote requests and our replies are kept.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver this website's typefaces and animation code.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested.
Each service handles information under its own privacy policy. Some may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Formspree keeps submissions for up to 30 days. Quote requests in our email that don't become a project are deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email sgsystems.co@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
